This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 10) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 26th April 1996.

Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 10) Notification 1996 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation RPA-S189-1996 1976, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1976.
This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 10) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 26th April 1996.
The conditions imposed by the Minister on the proprietorship of the land set out in the Schedule (the land) by a foreign person as defined in the Residential Property Act and as set out in Document [44] dated 27th November 1990 are hereby varied as set out in Document [44] (Variation No. 1) dated 26th April 1996.
