Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Residential Property (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2011.

Regulation 2
Compoundable offences
Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 3A(2), 9(7)(a) or (b), 10(6), 11(6), 16(6), 25C or 32(2C) of the Act may be compounded by the Controller or any officer authorised by the Controller in writing in accordance with section 36A(1) of the Act.

Revocation
The Residential Property (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 1) are revoked.
