These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Exemption) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.

Any public authority established by or under any public Act and discharging a function conferred by that Act to ensure the cleanliness of premises or any public place or to keep them in a clean condition is exempted from section 80D of the Act in respect of the requirement to hold a cleaning business licence.
