Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 29 February 2016.

Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation PTCA-S83-2016 1987, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1987.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016 and come into operation on 29 February 2016.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Council, or any officer of the Council or the LTA authorised by the Council, in accordance with section 67 of the Act:
an offence under the former section 24C(5) or 24D of the Act (repealed by section 18 of the Public Transport Council (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 31 of 2015));
an offence under section 41(7), 54(1), 56(1) or (2) or 57(2) of the Act;
an offence under the former section 24D(2) of the Act (repealed by section 59(6) of the Point‑to‑Point Passenger Transport Industry Act 2019 (Act 20 of 2019)).
Revocation
The Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2008 (G.N. No. S 304/2008) are revoked.
