Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Town Councils (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 2) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 3rd March 2010.

The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are hereby declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.
