Compoundable offences
Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 17D of the Act:
an offence under section 17H(1), 17J(1) or (2) or 17L(1) of the Act, except a continuing offence;
an offence under section 17H(3) or 17K(3) of the Act.
