Citation and commencement

Maintenance of Religious Harmony (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation MRHA-S863-2022 1990, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1990.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Maintenance of Religious Harmony (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 November 2022.
Compoundable offences
Each of the following offences is prescribed as a compoundable offence that may be compounded in accordance with section 17D of the Act:
an offence under section 17H(1), 17J(1) or (2) or 17L(1) of the Act, except a continuing offence;
an offence under section 17H(3) or 17K(3) of the Act.
