Revoke the Computer Misuse (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 1).
Saving provision
Despite regulation 2, the Commissioner of Police, or any person authorised by the Commissioner of Police, may, in accordance with regulation 2 of the Computer Misuse (Composition of Offences) Regulations as in force immediately before 30 January 2026, compound an offence under section 3(1), 5(1), 6(1), 7(1) or 8 of the Act that is committed before that date.
