These Rules may be cited as the Control of Plants (Composition of Offences) Rules.

The following offences may be compounded by the Director-General in accordance with section 47 of the Act:

(a)

an offence under section 7, 8, 10, 11(1) or (2), 21(6) or (7), 22(2), 25(3), 37(5) or 41 of the Act; and

(b)

any offence under any rules made under the Act.
