Regulation 1
Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Children and Young Persons (Changi Reformative Training Centre, Moon Crescent) Order 2001 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st October 2001.

Regulation 2
Cessation of Changi Reformative Training Centre, Moon Crescent, as approved school
Subregulation 1
Except as provided in sub-paragraph (2), Changi Reformative Training Centre, Moon Crescent, shall cease to be an approved school, with effect from 1st October 2001.
Subregulation 2
Changi Reformative Training Centre, Moon Crescent, shall continue to be an approved school —
(a)
only for the purpose of the continued detention therein of the persons who, on 1st October 2001, were being detained therein under the Act and whose terms of detention have not yet expired; and
(b)
until all the persons referred to in sub-paragraph (a) have completed serving their terms of detention therein.
Regulation 3
Cancellation
The Approved School Notification (G.N. No. S 353/1998) (which declared Changi Reformative Training Centre, Moon Crescent, to be an approved school with effect from 3rd May 1998) is cancelled.
