Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Form) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.

Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Form) Regulations 2011 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation RRA-S562-2011 1993, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1993.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Retirement and Re-employment (Prescribed Form) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2012.
Order by Commissioner
Every order made by the Commissioner under section 8C(4)(b) or 8D(1)(h) of the Act shall be in accordance with the form set out in the Schedule.
