Tobacco and Vaporisers Control (Prescribed Substances in Tobacco Products) Regulations 2026 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation TVCA-S239-2026 1993, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1993.
Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control (Prescribed Substances in Tobacco Products) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 May 2026.
Definition
In these Regulations, “prescribed tobacco product” means a tobacco product that is specified, or belongs to a class of tobacco products that is specified, in the first column of the Schedule.
Limits on prescribed substances in prescribed tobacco products
For the purposes of section 14(1)(b) of the Act, a prescribed tobacco product, or the emissions of a prescribed tobacco product, must not contain any substance specified in the second column of the Schedule opposite the prescribed tobacco product in excess of the maximum amount specified in the third column of the Schedule opposite that substance.
Revocation
Revoke the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Limits on Certain Substances) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 479/2010).
