Regulation 2
Definition
In this Order, “retail licence” means a retail licence mentioned in section 18(3) of the Act.
Regulation 3
Exemption
Section 3 of the Act does not apply to a holder of a retail licence that displays, or causes to be displayed, a copy of the licence at a retail outlet specified in the licence.
