Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Exemption) (No. 2)
Order.
Exemption
2. The Minister hereby exempts the following broadcasting holding companies from section 33 of the Act:

Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd;
Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd;
STT Communications Ltd; and
Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited.
