Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Exemption) Order 2008 and shall come into operation on 10th March 2008.

Regulation 2
Exemption
Subregulation 1
The Minister hereby exempts from Part X of the Act any broadcasting company which holds a Niche Subscription TV Licence granted by the Authority under section 8 of the Act.
Subregulation 2
The Minister may, at any time, revoke the exemption of any broadcasting company under sub-paragraph (1) by written notice to the broadcasting company.
