Broadcasting (Exemption) Order 2022 is Singapore Subsidiary Legislation, cited as Subsidiary Legislation BA-S211-2022 1994, currently marked in force and first recorded in 1994.
Citation and commencement
This Order is the Broadcasting (Exemption) Order 2022 and is deemed to have come into operation on 4 February 2022.
Exemption
The Minister exempts the following broadcasting holding companies from section 33 of the Act:
SPH Media Holdings Pte. Ltd.;
SPH Media Trust.
