Definitions
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires —“health product” has the same meaning as in section 2(1) of the Health Products Act (Cap. 122D);“therapeutic product” means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Health Products Act.

Regulation 3
Medicinal health product
For the purposes of the definition of “medicinal health product” in section 2(1) of the Act, a health product is prescribed as a medicinal health product if the health product is a therapeutic product.
