Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Circle Line for One‑North MRT Station, enter upon the railway area in the land described as MK 03 Lot 05509X pt (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the railway area in the specified land.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
A copy of the plan of the railway area in the specified land is available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —
(a)
between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but(b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
