This Notification may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 4) Notification 2010.

reg 2Powers of Authority

The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Circle Line, Bras Basah Station, enter upon the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over those areas of those lands.

reg 3Inspection of plan

A copy of the plan of the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —

(a)

between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but(b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
