Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 7th June 2004.

Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway, enter upon the railway areas in the land described as MK01 Lot 2531P pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of land.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
A copy of the plan of the railway areas in the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays and between 9 a.m. and 12 noon on Saturdays (Sundays and public holidays excepted).
