Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 6) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 22nd December 2006.

Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway, enter upon the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over those areas of land.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
Copies of the plans of the railway areas in the lands described in the First Schedule shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays (public holidays excepted).
