Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as Downtown Line 3, enter upon the railway area in the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over the railway area of those lands.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plans
Copies of the plans of the railway area in the lands described in the First Schedule are available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —
(a)
between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but (b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
