Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights in, under or over those lands as are described in the Second Schedule.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
Copies of plans of the lands described in the First Schedule shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
