Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK18 Lot 16958P pts (called in this Notification the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
A copy of the plan of the specified land is available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —
(a)
from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on any weekday (except public holidays); but (b)if any such weekday is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
