Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 2) Notification 2006 and shall come into operation on 17th April 2006.

Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the lands described in the First Schedule and exercise such rights as are described in the Second Schedule in, under or over those lands.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
Copies of the plans of the lands described in the First Schedule shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (public holidays excepted).
