Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Street Works (Creation of Rights) (No. 2) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 3rd May 2005.

Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as Mukim 11 Lot 1198 pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of land.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
A copy of the plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (both times inclusive) on Mondays to Fridays (public holidays excepted).
