Regulation 2
Powers of Authority
The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the maintenance of a road structure or road related facility, enter upon the land described as MK 22 Lot 09117M pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the specified land.
Regulation 3
Inspection of plan
A copy of a plan of the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 on any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) —
(a)
between 9 a.m. and 12 noon if the day is New Year’s eve, Christmas eve or the eve of the Lunar New Year; and
(b)
between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any such day.
