Laid-up vessels

No person may cause or permit a vessel to be laid-up in the port without the prior written permission of the Port Master and except under such conditions as the Port Master may impose.

Subregulation 2

The owner, agent, master or person-in-charge of a laid-up vessel berthed in a laid-up anchorage must ensure that such vessel is so anchored or moored as to be able to swing within the limits of anchorage, and to keep clear of all other vessels and any fishing stakes set up therein, during all conditions of wind and tide.
