Regulation 63G
Licence for provision of ferry services
Subregulation 1
No person may provide any ferry service to and from Singapore unless he is licensed for that purpose by the Authority.
Subregulation 2
Every licence granted under this regulation may be in such form and for such period and may be subject to such conditions as the Authority may determine.
Subregulation 3
If, in the opinion of the Authority, the licensee has contravened or failed to comply with any of the conditions of the licence, the Authority may, by notice in writing, cancel the licence or suspend the licence for such period as the Authority considers appropriate.
Subregulation 4
The Authority may, at any time, vary or revoke any of the existing conditions imposed under paragraph (2) or impose new conditions.
