In this Order —“developer” means Bukit Timah Hill Development Pte Ltd;“proposed development” means the proposed construction of a housing development within the meaning of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act (Cap. 130), which is intended for strata subdivision under the Land Titles (Strata) Act (Cap. 158).

The developer is exempted from section 3(2) of the Act in respect of the proposed development on Lots 5802 and 5803 Mk 17 at 6 Mar Thoma Road, Singapore, subject to the following conditions:

(a)

an application for planning permission in respect of the proposed development shall be made to the competent authority within 6 months of the date of this Order, and written permission in respect of the application is granted by the competent authority; and

(b)

the developer shall comply with the laws of Singapore which are applicable to the carrying out of the proposed development.
