This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Shelter (Exemption) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 15th June 2005.

Odeon Leasing Pte Ltd is exempted from section 3(1) of the Act in respect of the construction of a 3-storey detached dwelling-house and a 3-storey semi-detached dwelling-house on Lot 626 Mk 13 at 2 Jalan Rasok, Singapore in respect of which written permission under section 14 of the Planning Act (Cap. 232) was granted on 1st April 2005.
