Citation and commencement
This Order is the Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 2025 and comes into operation on 1 December 2025.
Community Mediation Centre
A Community Mediation Centre is established at 45 Maxwell Road #07‑11, The URA Centre (East Wing), Singapore 069118 for the purpose of providing mediation services in accordance with the Act.
Revocation
Revoke the Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 2004.
