Citation and commencement
This Order is the Medical Registration (Member of Singapore Medical Council — Exemption) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 28 June 2024.
Exemption
Section 8(b) of the Act does not apply to Professor Sung Jao Yiu, for so long as he remains the Dean of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
