Citation
These Regulations may be cited as the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Composition of Offences) Regulations.
Offences which may be compounded
The following offences may be compounded by the Commissioner in accordance with section 53(1) of the Act:
any offence under the following sections of the Act:
section 5, 8, 11 or 13(4), each read with section 14;
section 15(1) or (2), 16(1), 17, 19, 20 or 21(3), each read with section 23;
section 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 or 29(9), each read with section 34; and
section 37 or 48; and
any offence under the Control of Vectors and Pesticides (Registration, Licensing and Certification) Regulations (Rg 3).
