Licence to be exhibited

Subregulation 1

A licensee shall exhibit his licence in a conspicuous position in the slaughter-house in respect of which the licence has been granted.

A licensee who fails to comply with paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
