These Regulations are the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 April 2020.

The following offences may be compounded by the Board in accordance with section 34A of the Act:

(a)

an offence under section 12(4) of the Act;

(b)

an offence under regulation 12(7) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Registration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physicians and Acupuncturists) Regulations (Rg 5);

(c)

an offence under regulation 6(7) of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners (Register and Practising Certificates) Regulations (Rg 2).
