Section 199 of the Act shall not apply to the SGX-ST by reason only of its making any of the following documents available on its internet website at http://www.sgxcatalist.com:(a)a preliminary document lodged under section 240(2) of the Act in relation to an offer of shares or units of shares to be listed for quotation on the Singapore Exchange Catalist;(b)a prospectus lodged under section 240(1)(a)(ii) of the Act in relation to an offer of shares or units of shares to be listed for quotation on the Singapore Exchange Catalist;(c)a supplementary document lodged under section 241(1) of the Act in relation to an offer of shares or units of shares to be listed for quotation on the Singapore Exchange Catalist;(d)a replacement document lodged under section 241(1) of the Act in relation to an offer of shares or units of shares to be listed for quotation on the Singapore Exchange Catalist;(e)an offer information statement lodged under section 277(1) of the Act in relation to an offer of securities issued by an entity whose shares are listed for quotation on the Singapore Exchange Catalist; (f)circulars issued under the SGX Listing Rules, in relation to reverse takeovers or very substantial acquisitions, by entities whose shares are listed for quotation on the Singapore Exchange Catalist.
