Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 5) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Husaini Bin Ismail (NRIC No. S1329301E) and Rasidah Bte Subari (NRIC No. S1683229D) are hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the sub-letting of 2 rooms of the leasehold interest in the flat known as Apartment Block 514, Woodlands Drive 14, #01-113, Singapore 730514, subject to the condition that the proceeds of the sub-letting are deposited in the bank account as designated in the notice of exemption issued to Husaini Bin Ismail and Rasidah Bte Subari dated 15th July 2013.
Subregulation 2
Rasidah Bte Subari is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —
(a)
any withdrawal from the bank account designated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1); and
(b)
the use of the sums withdrawn therefrom.
Subregulation 3
The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
