This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) (Exemption from Prohibition against Dealing) (No. 14) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th July 2013.

Messrs Grays LLC is hereby exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of the payment of the funds held by Messrs Grays LLC belonging to the estate of Jaffar Bin Ali amounting to $13,130.18 and the estate of Noriah Bte Hashim amounting to $1,875.74 (totalling $15,005.92), and the interest thereon (if any) that have been inherited by Mohamed Khalim Bin Jaffar (NRIC No. S1537185D), but payable to Maniseh Bte Mohamed Nor (NRIC No. S1663347Z), subject to the condition that those moneys are deposited in the bank account of Maniseh Bte Mohamed Nor designated in the notice of exemption issued to Mohamed Khalim Bin Jaffar and Maniseh Bte Mohamed Nor dated 15th July 2013.

Maniseh Bte Mohamed Nor is further exempted from the application of section 6 of the Act in respect of —

(a)

any withdrawal from the bank account designated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1); and

(b)

the use of the sums withdrawn therefrom.

The exemption in respect of the activity referred to in sub-paragraph (2)(b) is subject to the conditions stated in the notice of exemption referred to in sub-paragraph (1).
