Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the International Child Abduction (Contracting States) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2011.

Contracting States
A State specified in the first column of the Schedule shall be a Contracting State for the purposes of section 4 of the Act with effect from the corresponding date specified in the second column of the Schedule.
