These Regulations are the Bus Services Industry (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2016.
Compoundable offences
Any offence (other than a continuing offence) under section 30(7), 34(3), 35(3) or 36(3) or (4) of the Act may be compounded by the LTA or any authorised officer in accordance with section 40(1) of the Act.
