Regulation 4

Powers of tribunal or Registrar for purpose of facilitating fair and expedient determination of matter

For the purpose of facilitating the fair and expedient determination of any matter in a tribunal —

(a)

the tribunal or the Registrar may make such order or direction as the tribunal or Registrar thinks necessary or appropriate, including —

(i)

any order or direction as to the procedure for any proceedings in the tribunal; and

(ii)

any order or direction for the modification or exclusion of any provision of these Rules or the Rules of Court 2021 in relation to those proceedings; and

(b)

despite anything to the contrary in these Rules or the Rules of Court 2021, any application may be made in such manner as the tribunal or Registrar may direct.
