Excluded interlocutory applications

No application under any of the following provisions of the Rules of Court 2021 is to be made in any case to which these Rules apply:
(a)
Order 9, Rule 17 (summary judgment);
(b)
Order 9, Rule 19 (decision on questions of law or construction of documents);
(c)
Order 11 (production of documents).
