Insurance period
Subregulation 1
The insurance period of an insured person’s MediShield Life cover is a period of 12 months starting on the date of commencement or renewal of that insurance cover.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) applies unless a shorter period applies under any other provision of these Regulations, or the MediShield Life Scheme (Private Medical Insurance Scheme) Regulations 2015.
