Regulation 2
Premises declared to be protected place and surrounding area
Subregulation 1
The premises described in the second column of Part 1 of the Schedule are declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of Part 1 of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected place.
Subregulation 2
The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected place for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.
Regulation 3
Amendment of Protected Places (No. 5) Order 2007
Item (7) of the Schedule to the Protected Places (No. 5) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 485/2007) is deleted.
