Regulation 2
Premises declared to be protected area and surrounding area
Subregulation 1
The premises described in the second column of Part 1 of the Schedule are declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and the person specified in the first column of Part 1 of that Schedule is designated as the authority of the protected area.
Subregulation 2
The premises described in Part 2 of the Schedule are specified to be the surrounding area of the protected area for the purposes of sections 27 and 28 of the Act.
Regulation 3
Revocation
Revoke the Protected Areas (No. 2) Order 2005 (G.N. No. S 328/2005).
