Regulation 15

A licensee of an establishment for massage must notify the Licensing Officer before any change in the name of the establishment for massage takes effect.

Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
