Meetings of Appeal Panels
Subregulation 1
Meetings (including hearings) of an Appeal Panel must be presided by the Presiding Member.
Subregulation 2
All matters coming before an Appeal Panel must be decided by a majority of votes of the members of the Appeal Panel present, and in the event of an equality of votes, the Presiding Member has a second or casting vote.
Subregulation 3
Subject to the provisions of the Act and these Regulations, the Appeal Panel may regulate its own procedure.
