Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Carbon Pricing (Allowances — Prescribed Date) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 January 2024.
Prescribed date under section 20B of Act
For the purposes of section 20B of the Act, the prescribed date is 31 December 2027.
