Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Enterprise Singapore Board (Fees — Registration of Representative Office) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 11 December 2025.
Fees relating to registration of representative office in Singapore
A fee of $200 is payable for each of the following:
an application to register a representative office in Singapore pursuant to section 6(2)(f) of the Act;
an application to renew such registration.
The Board may waive, remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee mentioned in paragraph (1).
