Citation and commencement
This Notification is the CareShield Life and Long-Term Care (Transfer Date) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 1 November 2021.
Transfer date
For the purposes of section 8 of the Act, the date on which the former ElderShield Scheme is transferred to the Government is 1 November 2021.
